To carry on the business of Ship Yacht, and Boat Builders, Marine Engineers and Ship Chandlers; and to purchase, sell and let for hire ships, yachts and boats, and to provide storage accommodation for ships, yachts and boats, engines, tackle, gear, equipment and stores, whether belonging to the Company or not, and generally to provide the public with facilities in respect to the use of ships, yachts and boats, to act as agents for buying, selling or chartering ships, yachts, boats and craft of every description, and engines, tackle, gear, equipment and stores, and to constrict, maintain and alter any buildings, books, wharves, slipways and other works necessary or convenient for the purpose of the company.
