In a list of indicted persons in a criminal case, two persons were subject to a "Mandat de dépôt" based on the "OCJ du [date]".
No further context.
I assume it was some ordinance, but was not able to find anything relevant.

philgoddard Apr 8, 2020: Please tell us what country this is. "It's a different country" is not very helpful. A mandat de dépôt is a committal order.
