I am currently translating a framework agreement for a company and would appreciate help with the above term in the following context (votes in favour required for a resolution to be adopted):

No obstante, la adopción de acuerdos sobre las materias que a continuación se detallan requerirá el voto favorable de, al menos, un 65% del total de los miembros del Consejo de Administración con cargo vigente, computando por exceso el resultado a la unidad superior.
