No estoy seguro que esto es lo correcto, no pude encontrar nada similar, pero considerando lo que es y de donde viene "Act on Enforcement over Monetary Assets" entiendo que decirlo de esta manera en caso de no encontrar una traducción precisa te ayuda a que todos entiendan lo que se quiere decir.

: No transmita "enforcement"; no siempre hay enforcement en la ley. O sea, la ley por si mismo no implica execution. La ley y ejecución son apartes.

Thank you. However, you don't have a link by any chance? I say this in light of the fact that searching for documents from the EU becomes quite a chore if one does not have the exact or near exact title. I also say this in light of this which I found: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX:32... but I don't think this is your text, and the date is wrong! This is 17 April 2020 and does not mention the "Act on Execution of Enforcement over Monetary Matters". It is however COVID-related. I cannot find anything else, I am sorry.
On 18 April 2020, amendments to the Act on Enforcement over Monetary Assets entered into force :
enforcement on accounts of natural persons are suspended for 3 months (with a possible extension of additional 3 months).
The calculation of statutory interests is also suspended for the same time period.

The recently adopted ***Act on Execution of Enforcement over Monetary Assets**, Official Gazette No. 68/18, (“the Act“) which entered into force on 6th August 2018 regulates implementation of enforcement over monetary assets by the state owned Financial Agency (“FINA”).
