Effective May 23, 2019 ("Effective Date") and in consideration of the sum of U.S.
$17,300 (“Advance Amount”), Seller hereby assigns to Purchaser 100% of Seller's right, title, and interest, along with a security interest, in the songwriter's share of all public performance royalties attributable to the related Works (“Assigned Royalties”), until the tenyear anniversary of the Effective Date (“Term End”). “Works” are the musical compositions listed in Attachment A.
