Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (1): Yvonne Gallagher

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Sorry, end of the sentence is missing : "on utilisera le titre Votre Honneur, qui correspond à l'anglais Your Honour."
Example sentence:

Sinon on traduirait Good Morning par bon matin.

https://victorialawfoundation.org.au/sites/default/files/res...

The hearing of the application for judicial review proceeded before Judge
Street on the scheduled date in February 2017. For reasons given orally at the
conclusion of the hearing on that date and later published in writing, his Honour
dismissed the application1
. His Honour rejected the penultimate ground of review
without finding it necessary to determine whether the Certificate was invalid.

Monsieur le Président du tribunal

Bound to be a higher court as Your worship, both in GB and Oz, is for magistrates,

We really need to know what court this is as un Conseiller might also come into the frame if it is a higher one,

PS Without 'names-dropping' and having once met - at a law conference in Scotland - 5 out of the 6 Justices of the Australian Supreme Court and all French-speaking, I fear none of them would be too please about addressed as 'Le juge'.
Example sentence:

Peer comment(s):

neutral Cyril Tollari : par ordonnance du président du tribunal de commerce, la société IEA a été désignée en qualité de commissaire aux apports...Pas d'accord avec "would be too please about addressed as 'Le juge"
