It lists methods of administering medication in Spanish along with the associated abbreviation. In this and other abbreviation lists I have, I can't find any mention of 'se' in this context. As insulin is usually administered by subcutaneous injection (or an insulin pump), I would check with your client if 'se' was correct (as Peter suggests).
