It is important that the event lead/sponsor clearly defines their role in preparing for the conference, during the conference, and after the conference. This ranges from the agenda to the Run of Show; from the choice of platform to whether or not the conference will have registration, a website, and simultaneous interpreters, the event lead/sponsor needs to let the conference manager know:
- What decisions they will make
- When they need to be consulted
- When they need to be informed about conference activities.

Hello, dear colleagues. I know that generally speaking, a run of show is "an item-by-item sequence of events that will happen within a show"; yet I still don't know how to word it in Portuguese in the context of video conferencing design. TIA!
