English term

JD

English to Spanish Other General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters Talking between two friends
It is a way of saying hello between two friends. I do not have more context, I think it is an informal way of speaking among friends, maybe. One of the girls says JD and the other answers BD. JD could mean that the girl studies jura but I am not sure. It is a translation for a Turkish TV show. If someone could help me, I would be very pleased.
Thanks in advance.

It does not match the context. It is a way of saying hello between two friends. One girl goes to visit the other girl. It is as saying hello, but one says JD and the other answers BD. No job in question. They are Turkish.

El trabajo està echo

It would be "job done". For BD I found "big deal", gran cosa.

If the girls are Turkish, do you think they would be using some Turkish slang? Maybe you may try a search in the Urban Dictionary, which includes many options for JD and BD. Good luck!

Note from asker:
Thank you! I do not think it is some Turkish slang because it is a translation Turkish-English-Spanish. I will follow your advice.
