Discussion

Tanja Nestorović Oct 14, 2021:
Miomira, sasvim ste u pravu.

disagree Milan Nesic : Legal parlance - "parties" are broadcasters - contracting parties to the broadcasting agreement. A third party (treće lice) to a contract is anyone who is not a party to it, so, yes, including legal persons (pravna lica).

"SEASON BROADCAST AGREEMENTS AND MEDIA RIGHTS

All clubs can conclude platform neutral broadcasting deals with a broadcaster who may produce their games for TV as per above described standard or higher in return for the home territory rights (first party rights).

The clubs may also retain any potential related income from such first party rights agreement with the said
broadcaster.

However please note that such agreements cannot include:

Second party rights (ie the rights for the territory of the visiting teams);

Third party rights (ie the rights for all other world territories);"
Peer comment(s):

neutral Daryo : very relevant references but all these "parties" are in fact territories so "strane/lica" makes no sense whatsoever in this case. // you CAN NOT call countries/territories "lica" - not in a year of Sundays.
