This bilingual site gives, as the French version, "tente de boom" (Canadian style franglais, I suppose). The English version is given as "boom tent" or "boom tarp".

: There is most definitely an error in the source text (baume=balm). "Boom tent" or "boom tarp" depending on your audience.
