futaie régulière claire
I need to work out what this means in the context of forestry. Futaie is plantation of trees, and I think régulière means mixed-age(?) What does claire mean here?

Even-aged forests, also called regular forests are those consisting of even – aged woods. Even – aged wood means trees of approximately the same age.
