assessed value on compulsory liquidation/winding up

Explanation:
A little more context would be useful. Does this refer to the same company as "vurdert verdi ved avvikling"?

Estimated value, liquidation value or net asset value

Explanation:
You have to be careful here, because a chapter 11 can go in several directions. A complete liquidation of assets is one way to go, a valuation of the business as a whole, as a going concern could be another assessment and would be of interest to parties wishing to bid for the bankrupt entity. A third option would be for the company to restructure and refinance to exit the chapter 11 and become a solvent company again.
So you will need to be more specific if you want more specific answers. Otherwise, just say "estimated value".

Very good points here. The second option (valuation of the whole business) is the context.

Notional distress value (verdi) - AE & BE

Explanation:
I agree that a konkurs will normally trigger a compulsory co. winding-up.

Distress value/distressed asset-value/ fastens on the 'scrap value' of the co.: Dict. of Accounting & Finance, FT and Pitman Publishing -> "a value attaching to the assets of a business on basis of having to be sold off quickly to meet v. pressing commitments or to stave financial collapse".

'... Recaptures *distressed asset value* prior to remediation, including Brownfields development. Accelerates tax deductions for future costs. ...'
