accommodating, obliging

accommodating or obliging are the suggestions in Skribent.

Perhaps helpful, friendly and cooperative are more useful nuances. if space is tight, I think I'd choose helpful, or friendly and cooperative if there was space for two words.

agree Peter Linton (X) : Fully agree with your 'perhaps' alternatives. I find "accommodating, obliging", whilst entirely accurate, carry a tiny nuance of reluctance that is absent from helpful, friendly or cooperative. I think I would go for your "friendly" in this context.

Thanks everyone - I think accommodating and obliging are simply too formal here - and do not express the 'two-way process' implied in the context.
agree cologne : friendly/helpful

agree Larissa Ekonoja : I think I would go with helpful. Tillmötesgående implies being flexible which is better reflected in the persons reaction (helpful) than their attitude (friendly).
