Prior to recognizing revenue, XXX must have reason to believe the amount billed will be collected. If collection of the invoice is doubtful at the time of billing, revenue should be deferred and recognized only upon receipt.

The revenue recognition methods used by XXX in acordance with SAB 101 are:

- As billable
- Straight-line

Contracts that do not meet the separation criteria in EITF 00-21 will be accounted for under SAB 101. Such deliverable will follow the same accounting as the milestone method of percentage of completion accounting if non-refundable milestone billings exist, or construct/build costs will be deferred as described in XXX's Cost Deferral Policy.
