Full sentence is: 未經出租人書面同意,承租人不得在承租房間與第三者共同使用或用承租人以外的他人名義,向外揭示.
The whole thing looks obvious until the last bit. I don't get what it is they are not supposed to reveal, or publicize. This is from a contract for lease of business premises in Shanghai.
