Czech term or phrase: anomalní osobnost
In a Czech report on psychiatric patient, he is diagnosed as having an "anomální osobnost".

I am thinking of translating it as "anomalous personality", but am not sure if that term is accepted in the English-speaking psychiatric field. "Eccentric personality" also occurred to me, but maybe that would be too general.

Appreciate input, especially from those who are familiar with the term and/or know psychiatry.
