Danish term or phrase: godkendelseserklæring
This is a declaration by a beneficiary accepting the details of an estate settlement and forfeiting any right to make further claims, etc. I've seen "disclaimer of endorsement" in an EN-DA Kudoz question but the context was different. Would simple "declaration of acceptance" be OK or is there a special term? Any help gratefully received.
