Dutch term or phrase: commerciële jaarcijfers
This appears in a letter regarding the income-tax liability of two companies based in the Netherlands Antilles:

"Bovendien verzoeken wij u de berekende belastingschuld ad ANG XXX.XXX toe te rekenen aan de afzonderlijke vennootschappen ten behoeve van de ***commerciële jaarcijfers***. Dit verzoek is ook van toepassing voor de belastingpositie per 31 december 2002."

Is it just the "companies' annual figures"?

If anyone has a suggestion for the entire phrase "ten behoeve van de commerciële jaarcijfers," I'd appreciate it.

For Jack's edification, the Oxford Dictionary of Business defines 'Financial Statements' as follows:
"The ANNUAL statements summarising a company's activities OVER THE LAST YEAR. They consist of the profit and loss account (income statement), balance sheet, statement of total recognised gains and losses, and, if required, the cash flow statement, together with supporting notes. The same dictionary defines 'Financial Report' as "The financial statements of a company".

agree  Jack den Haan: I think you may need to add the term 'annual', however, to distinguish these reports from quarterly versions, for example.

-> Strictly speaking yes, but as in 'Financial Statements' it is understood that these are annual unless stated otherwise.
