contract with clause options Explanation: I agree with Michael that this may involve selecting options in a contract, perhaps as the manager progresses through his/her training. I couldn't find any reference to 'kruisjescontract' which suggests the term is particular to this company. However, 'kruisjesformulier' is used widely (and criticised). Kruisjesformulier Het College voor de Rechten van de Mens heeft bij één onderzochte rechtbank een kruisjesformulier aangetroffen, waarop de gronden voor voorlopige hechtenis moeten worden aangekruist zonder verdere schriftelijke motivatie. Op een ander formulier staan standaardteksten waarop zinnen weggestreept moeten worden. Ruimte voor argumentatie is er op beide formulieren niet. Het college vindt dat de vrijheidsbeneming vanwege de maatschappelijke gevolgen beter moet worden uitgelegd.
