Scaffolding planks


Explanation:
A variation on the previous suggestions.
In shiprepair it used to be called staging and scaffolding, staging referring to the galvanised steel pipes and scaffolding to the timber planks used to walk on. But I am sure this is not the proper translation, but repair jargon.
The wood is always in the form of planks and indeed, David, it may be pine wood (cheap and strong). Since you need it in a marketing text you may opt to refer to it as scaffolding planks rather than just wood or timber, but it's up to you of course whichever fits best.
