'champignon' est un nom générique Explanation: ici on parle effectivement du Champignon de Paris, le plus connu (en fait presque le seul connu par la majorité par exemple en Belgique). Dans d'autres pays, beaucoup d'autres types sont employés en cuisine, par exemple en Catalogne, où l'on mange les Trompettes de la Mort, les Rossignols, et beaucoup d'autres "bulets". |
