Il s'agit d'un numéro de référence dans un document émis par un tribunal. Plus précisément, il s'agit d'une autorisation de pratiquer saisie conservatoire conformément à l'article 1503 du Code judiciaire belge.

Ce terme figure dans l'en-tête du document, en sus de « afgeleverd aan », « referentie bestelling », « RD nummer », « bedrag » et « datum ».

Je ne connais pas la forme développée de « CD ».

C pour Communautair et D pour Dossier mais avec un ?
Il me semble que ce sont des abréviations administratives comme PV en français.
Je cherche mais jusqu'à présent sans succès.
Je parcours même la loi pour trouver un indice...

Si je poursuis dans cette idée, RD serait Referentie Dossier nummer.
Ce qui aurait sa logique dans l'énoncé depuis "afgeleverd aan".
