Officiële kennisgeving Explanation: Hi Lisa, In the context of publicly traded partnership I would suggest to translate ‘notice’ as ‘kennisgeving’. A notice to all parties involved. I’m not 100 % sure about the translation of ‘qualified’ though. ‘Officiële kennisgeving’ is current in legal/contractual context.
