'Notified body' is apparently translated by 'Aangewezen instelling' (used to be: aangewezen keuringsinstantie). Does anybody know how 'Monitoring notified body' is translated? Better still, would anybody having access to an officially translated copy of a Declaration of Conformity' be willing to provide a copy?

Een Declaration of Conformity wordt overigens ook dikwijls als "Verklaring van Conformiteit" of "Conformiteitsverklaring" vertaald.
