En fait, Caroline et Daryo ont raison tous les deux. Les "charges" sont bien des garanties, cependant, dans ce contexte précis, lorsque l’on parle de "satisfied charges" ou "partially satisfied charges", on désigne les dettes pour lesquelles la société a donné des garanties. Daryo a donc vu juste.
