au terme de la période conjugale

Explanation:
I also think (term) here is not a period or duration. I think is a clause or statement.

dissolution du régime matrimonial

Explanation:
Je pense qu'il s'agit de la dissolution du régime matrimonial qui intervient lors de la séparation, du divorce, du décès, etc. Le mot "term" se référant à "termination"

at a Matrimonial Term
en matière matrimoniale à tour de rôle

Explanation:
Pending comments from Amercian colleagues in a different time zone, refer to the England and Wales court terms and this entry in Barron's US Am. Law Dictionary: 'a Term of Court is a definite time period prescribed by law for a court to administer its duties. Term and session are often used interchangeably....'

The Part 5 could still work as a 'Ssction du Tribunal' sitting in such cases during such 'term'.

So more of the business of the court than a division.

neutral  AllegroTrans: I now agree that a NY court "term" is a time period but "à tour de rôle" means alternately aand I don't think it works
