हो सकता है मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के आगे कोई शब्द बाद में जोड़ा जाना हो, तब तक वहाँ पर प्लेसहोल्डर लिखा जा रहा हो। यदि ऐसा है तो placeholder को अंग्रेज़ी में ही रहने दें। यदि इसे हिंदी में ही लिखना हो तो हिंदी में placeholder के लिए स्थानधारक का प्रयोग पहले भी होता रहा है। इससे इतर कोई संदर्भ हो तो उसमें शायद लिप्यंतरण कर प्लेसहोल्डर ही लिखना हो।
