Explanation:
Si tratta di un indicatore di KPI usato dalle risorse umane per valutare in quanto tempo dalla formazione l'impiegato ha mostrato i rendimento che ci si aspetta. Non ho trovato un corrispettivo in Italiano, ma una perifrasi, nella prima si evince il concetto di formazione. Ma la seconda mi sembra più elegante.
