Farei attenzione alla parola Italiana 'modello' che può esser in questo caso forviante, in realtà sono le pratiche fiscali.

Sono in realtà le pubblicazioni dell'Unione Europea. Uno strumento volto a supportare le amministrazioni doganali nei loro programmi di modernizzazione.
Non credo sia stat pubblicata la versione italiana tradotta, ecco perché si continua ad usare il termine (non trasparente) inglese.
