-We help you demonstrate that all cell banks, viral banks, raw materials of animal origin, bulk harvests, and batches of clinical drugs are free of bacteria, fungi, yeasts, mycoplasma, viruses and other potential contaminants.

-Bulk Harvest is the generic term for the harvest of a cell fermenter before any downstream purification has occurred. This in process sample is required by the guidelines to be tested to demonstrate freedom from adventitious contamination.

E' quanto di meglio sono riuscito a trovare. Quel "fermenter" piazzato li così può riferirsi solo a "material", credo si riferisca appunto al materiale di fermentazione impiegato nel processo.

Monitorate la quantità di carico retrovirale presente nel materiale di fermentazione di bulk harvest precedente alla purificazione/processazione del downstream impiegando le nostre tecniche di contrasto negativo.

Anche in questo caso David Pocusta, addetto al controllo qualità di farmaci per la stimolazione dell'interferone gamma, non lo traduce.
Non ho trovato alcun riscontro in rete, da un analisi puramente grammaticale e senza contesto avrei tradotto "coltivazione cellulare su larga scala", ma la definizione scritta nel testo di partenza smentisce questa ipotesi.
