Non capisco il senso di present in questa frase:
si parla del Morbo di Parkinson.
"The nonmotor features
of PD received scant attention at that time,
although there was an appreciation, present since James
Parkinson’s legendary quote about the melancholic features
of his defining case, that depression was a common
complication of PD."
non ho trovato neanche riferimenti su questa "legendary quote" per cui non riesco a ricostruire il senso.

già, capita... cioè letteralmente è "presente" (questo riconoscimento) però in italiano bisogna modificare un po' (per cui io lo lascerei via e dire solo fin dai tempi) Notte :)
