In bulge muscles, we have a verb, and therefore building muscles, criar músculos in Portuguese, is the best choice. In bulges, we perhaps have a machine instruction, a word on a software interface, and therefore we have bulges itself, with no translation. In You create the bulge, we have a noun, and therefore Você cria a massa would be the best choice in Portuguese.
