Доброго времени суток.

A 2015 study by the Center on Reinventing Public Education found the four-year graduation rate for blacks and Hispanics from Minneapolis high schools was among the worst in the country. Studies are projecting a hundred-thousand-person labor shortfall in Minnesota by 2018, and most of the jobs will require some postsecondary education, so the business community can’t ignore these disparities any longer.
