"revolution parts" translates as "piezas de revolución". They mean equipment to make parts which are symmetrical to an axis of rotation, and which are spun according to this axis

In other words: They mean A LATHE (which translates as "torno", and of which the headstock and the tailstock are important parts).

This sounds like a non-original English text: "Cuerpos de revolución" is defined in Spanish as follows:

Looking at this definition, I am afraid that "revolution parts" is a literal translation into English.

"cuerpo de revolución es cualquier figura geométrica construida al hacer girar una figura plana alrededor de un eje contenido en el mismo plano".

Therefore, they mean machining "cuerpos de revolución", which is made with a lathe. The proper Spanish term in this context is the verb, "tornear", and the full phrase (in my view) is best translated as follows:

"con o sin sistema de cabezal/contrapunto para operaciones de torneado"
