English term or phrase: executing successfully against our strategy
By executing successfully against our strategy, we will be a transformed company that delivers superior shareholder returns.

By executing successfully against our strategy
Al realizar [cabalmente] nuestra estrategia

Explanation:
O:
implementar, llevar a cabo, etc.

Although it is possible that there is some use of the word "against" that I am not familiar with (and perhaps peculiar to business contexts like the one reflected in this extract) I would assume that there is a mistake in the English here (perhaps the text was drafted by a non-native speaker with a very shaky command of the language). This is because "against" seems to make no sense here, for it would appear absurd for the entity in question to devise a strategy and then declare that success of whatever venture is being referred to depends on "going against" (i.e., contradicting) said strategy.

I would add that even if "against" is being used in a way that can be deemed acceptable here, it can on logical grounds *only* mean "in accordance with," "in keeping with," "consistent with," etc.

Entiendo que "against" significa "in relation to" (en lo que se refiere a)

11. preposition
If something happens or is considered against a particular background of events, it is considered in relation to those events, because those events are relevant to it.
