English to Spanish translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Employment Contract between Company and Union
English term or phrase: Seed time
The company in questions manufactures charging stations and similar items and the union represents plastic workers, so I don't think this can refer to the "sowing season".

This is all the context I have:

"Seed Time

Effective XXX, all eligible employees will receive X hours in their Productivity Bonus buckets."

I'm also not sure about the use of "buckets" here.

Fase de crecimiento

Explanation:
Or it could be "fase de desarollo" for the moment when the seed is growing (desarollo, crecimiento)

Note to reference poster
Asker: ¡Gracias, Mónica! Creo que, como dices, "time" se refiere a las "horas" de licencia paga que le dan a los empleados y no a un momento en particular del año.
