No lo traduciría por un término coloquial o vulgar (mangos, pelas, lo que sea) porque no es lo que aparece en el original; a mi modo de ver, reproduce un modo coloquial de contarque viene del ámbito online, y que probablemente ya esté adcuado al target en el original. En español también se ve 15K, 2M, lo que sea. No es muy correcto (poner el numeral en letra es especialmente raro), pero por qué no dejarlo así.

Explanation:
Me gustaría conocer el target audience. Si fuera español de Argentina, por ejemplo, solemos decir 'lucas' para referirnos a miles de pesos. Considerando que es un texto de marketing, sería correcto usar este término ampliamente conocido en nuestro país.
Haciendo un poco de reserach, vi que es un término conocido en todo latinoamérica. Por eso mi sugerencia. ¡Espero sea de ayuda!
