Io l'ho inteso in questo modo: passare da quasi il 22% a circa il 12% equivale quasi alla metà, ovvero quasi il 50% in meno :) Come a dire, se fosse passato dal 24 al 12 sarebbe diminuito del 50%, ma passando da 21.6 a 11.7 corrisponde al 46% :)
