As evidenced by the entries in the commercial register

The entries in the commercial register indicate something that has already been mentioned in the preceding part of your document. Faire foi de = to be proof of in this case (en is the object pronoun.)

agree B D Finch : Though "proven" would be stronger than "evidenced".

Thanks, writeaway, that's what first came to mind.
agree Susan Larue : "demonstrated" is stronger than "evidenced," and sounds a bit more confident than "proved." However, "evidenced" is a very good word.

As per the entries made within the commercial register

Just another roundabout way of saying the same thing.
Peer comment(s):

neutral B D Finch : No, it isn't: "faire foi" is stronger than "as per" and means that they are relied upon as evidence.

neutral writeaway : as per is far too wishy-washy in this context.

disagree B D Finch : No, this is not about whether or not they were made "in good faith", but about the fact that the entries may be used as proof.
