more context Coût d’une chaire environnée : 300 k€ par an (soit 100 k€ salaire chargé, 100k€ pour la création d’une équipe, 40k€ pour un post-doc, 60k€ pour un poste de MCF) this is a chemistry faculty. according to the grande dictionaire terminologique it the entire cost of the post, not just the salary. research chair/visiting fellow etc. I think are all wide of the mark.

I know you have limited context to work with, but is it possible to let us know either the university, department, or other jobs in the staff list? Thanks!

Since an endowed chair may only provide funds for a single individual's salary, expenses, etc., I might call this something like an "endowed chair with staff" if it provides for staff as well.

imo can't put research team on its own as the Chair is the person controlling and directing the team. Here are some examples:
