Academic Transcripts
This appears after the name of a degree (in engineering) on an academic transcript for a French university but I don't understand what it's referring to. It could be "planned components" but then is there a corresponding set of "unplanned components"? I wouldn't have thought so so this is confusing me. Does anyone have any idea as to how this might be translated in English?

adjusted/flexible schedule program
I think this refers to programs that can be completed in more time (usually 1 extra year) so that there is more free time during the week, usually for students that work on the side or for athletes.

Another way of putting it would be "classes à horaires aménagées" or "formations aménagées", or even "cursus aménagé".
So, programmes (sections) should work.
"2 sections aménagées sont proposées au sein du département GMP : Sport Études et
Musique Études" - These are "formations".
