This is part of a dossier for requesting a work permit as a serviced provider in a chemical plant.
It is part of a list defining a category of service provider:
- exécutant des travaux captifs,
- en nom propre de prestation intellectuelle,
- intervenant en tant que superviseurs de chantier independants,
- réalisant des prestations d'études
Initially I thought of "work in enclosed spaces" but work implying a safety risk falls into other catégories so that really doesn't fit. Any ideas?

| Tied Work is a definite possibility. On continuing to translate subsequent documents I realised that this was just the cover page of a very detailed accreditation procedure. It may correspond to work on Patents. I'm not sure. |

Comment: "I've decided to use "tied work". It seems to fit the best . The only way to be sure is for the agency to ask the client because there isn't any contexts. Thanks for the idea of "work which very few people can perform" and thanks to Richard for building on it!"
