This is from an email which is generated when someone places an order on an e-commerce site. This email just confirms the order has been placed, then asks the user to confirm a list of details inc. client number, company name, etc.
This term is one of the things the client has to confirm but I can't seem to find out what OA stands for! Any ideas?
