French term

Structuration commerciale

French to English Bus/Financial Marketing
I'm translating a powerpoint presentation for a company which includes, among its short-term goals, "Structuration et décollage commerciale". What is the most common way of translating this in the real, English-speakin' business world?

Thanks in advance!

All things being equal, I might opt for the less formal "commercial start-up," but things are never equal... It will depend on the context and the style of the translated text.

sales and marketing plan and product launch

I think this is what they mean but really need more context. Is there reference to a single product, or perhaps a business? when French say 'commercial' in this context, we would usually say 'sales and marketing' in the states. Décollage = launch, introduce something new, business/company or product/product line..

Choosing a legal/business structure

Please note this is only eligible if it is a very new business; please ignore if the business is already up and running and has a legal structure. Coming from a Business Link background, I would translate décollage commerciale as business start-up so from this context I'm assuming the business is new.

Legal Structure refers to the type of business - partnership, sole trader, ltd company etc.
