Hi, this is taken from a Perthes disease thesis in the Pathological anatomy section, under the heading 'Lésions associées' and the sub-heading 'Rupture diaphragmatiques'
Elles sont retrouvées dans 12% des traumatismes thoracique fermés.

Elles siègent le plus souvent du côté gauche (90% des cas), le côté droit étant protégé par le foie [22-34].
