This is for France. The acronym appears on a schedule for participant visits in a clinical trial. The last visit listed is labeled "end-of-trial" and another one is labeled "PFDT"
The context: the document is a complete description of a clinical trial. The immediate context is simply a table numbering the weeks that a participant will visit (in the first column), and their compensation (in the second column). The acronymn PFDT appears in the first column for one of the last visits:

The only translation I've been able to find is

Drug submission based on third party data
which refers to submitting a drug when there's no full study report.
It is a Canadian term, and this is a French document. I do not know if the term is used in both countries.
