gebruiksklaar deeg Explanation: In de Belgsiche wetgeving wordt hiervoor "gebruiksklaar deeg" gebruikt: "Onder "gebruiksklaar" deeg wordt verstaan: het deeg, diepgevroren of op een bijzondere wijze verpakt met het oog op zijn bewaring, al dan niet voorgevormd en/of gevuld, maar dat in elk geval moet gebakken en eventueel afgewerkt worden. Maar of die term ook in Nederland wordt gebruikt, weet ik niet. |

ongebakken... (+productnaam) Explanation: Bakkerij-eindproduct voordat het in de oven komt. Wordt veelal deepgevroren geleverd aan (niet-warme) bakkers. Dus: Brotteigling = ongebakken brood Broetchenteigling = ongebakken broodje Bretzelteigling = ongebakken (of nog te bakken) krakeling |
