German term

Fahrbereiche

German to English Tech/Engineering Aerospace / Aviation / Space
Context: airport safety guidelines. "Fahrbereiche" denotes the area of an airport in which vehicles (cars, trucks etc) can move, including eg. a taxiway ringroad, aprons etc.

My first thought was something along the lines of "traffic/operation areas"

Thanks for your help!

Chetan is halfway there, but I think Kay's question excludes aircraft themselves.
