Deine urspränglichen Angaben waren irreführend - was ich schon vermutet hatte, denn "Projekte sind strukturell bedingt" ist eine ziemlich unsinnige Aussage.
Und tatsächlich heißt der Satz in klarerem Deutsch:
Aufgrund ihrer Struktur können viele Projekte die grundlegenden Anforderungen der Kapitalmärkte ... nicht erfüllen.
schwer firtanzierbar, da sie, strukturell bedingt, die Grundvoraussetzungen der Kapitalmärkte hinsichtlich Zins, Rendite und Tilgung nicht mehr bedienen können,
